During the consultation, we discuss your favorite flavors, desired level of formality, allergies, non-preferred foods and the kind of memories you want the table to hold.

From there, you receive a focused menu proposal rather than an overwhelming catalog of choices. Ingredient availability and dietary considerations may lead to thoughtful substitutions.

A note about pricing

The menu is only one part of the experience.

Your proposal accounts for planning, sourcing, preparation, on-site cooking, service and cleanup. Groceries, staffing, rentals and travel outside the primary service area are listed separately so you can understand what you are paying for.
