Your service includes a discovery consultation, custom menu development, grocery planning and procurement, on-site preparation, cooking, presentation, meal service according to the selected format, and cleanup of the kitchen and service areas used. Groceries, required staff, rentals and certain travel costs are separate unless specifically included in your proposal.

Private dining typically begins at $125 per guest with a $750 minimum service investment.

Groceries are billed separately. Staffing, rentals and travel outside the primary service area may also apply. Your proposal will clearly separate these costs.

Plated private dinners are designed for up to 8 guests. Family-style, buffet and small-bite gatherings are generally available for up to 15 guests. Larger requests may be considered individually when the space, menu and staffing needs are appropriate.

The primary service area includes Fort Mill, Charlotte, Lake Wylie, Indian Land and nearby Carolina communities. Travel outside the primary area may be available for an additional fee.

No. Groceries are treated separately from the chef service so the cost can reflect the approved menu and current ingredient prices. Grocery receipts or a documented grocery amount are provided according to the terms in your proposal.

We first work with what is available in your home. Specialty plates, glassware, linens, tables or other rentals can be coordinated when needed and are quoted separately.

Staffing depends on the guest count and style of service. Some experiences can be handled by the chef alone, while plated dinners, passed bites or larger gatherings may require additional service staff. Required staffing will be included in the proposal before you reserve.

Many dietary needs can be accommodated when disclosed before the menu is finalized. Because food is prepared in residential kitchens and ingredients may be produced in shared facilities, a completely allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

Clients generally purchase the alcohol they would like served. Bartending or beverage-service support may be coordinated when appropriate and must follow applicable venue and/or local requirements.

After the consultation, you will receive a proposal and invoice. The date is not reserved until the required non-refundable retainer is paid and the agreement is accepted.

Unless the proposal states otherwise, final payment is due 14 days before the gathering. Short-notice bookings may require payment sooner.

Four to eight weeks is recommended, especially for weekends and holidays. Short-notice requests are welcome when availability allows.

We review the date, location, guest count and budget, then respond by the next business day. Qualified requests receive the next step for a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
